How long does shipping takes?All domestic orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard shipping $15 for most items. Overweight items are $25 (delivered typically 3-5 business days), Express shipping $30 for most items. Overweight items are $40 (delivered typically 1-2 Business days).

How do I care for my item?All products should be cleaned with a soft cloth, and washed with mild soap and water. Never use abrasive cloths or devices on products and avoid harsh chemical cleansers or alcohol for cleaning. Do not soak these products in water. Do not place these items in the dishwasher they are NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. These products are also NOT MICROWAVE SAFE. Please avoid extreme heat and extreme temperatures. To prevent excessive damage please refrain from using sharp objects on epoxy surfaces (i.e. cutting and chopping etc.). Keep merchandise away from direct exposure to sunlight. Prolonged exposure to UV rays will cause discoloration. The resin we use is food grade, which means you can place food directly on the resin itself. All resin pieces should be stored in a cool and dry flat area.

Does resin break?Yes, it does. Although we use top quality resin for our products, if not cared for properly it can break. Please see Care Instructions.

What happens if my item arrives and it's damage?All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with a tracking number and insurance. Kay Belle Designs is not responsible for lost/damaged items due to USPS negligence. If your item is lost/damaged, please contact USPS and follow the process to file a claim.

What happens if I don't like my product?Each product is made specifically to your individualized customizations and as a result ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are considered personalized and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase any item. How long before my order is process?Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12am EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. After payment is authorized and verified, custom orders and ready-to- ship items will be processed accordingly. We need time to craft your unique custom merchandise. Turnaround time to create will be between 14-21 business days excluding weekends and holidays.Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your customized pieces have been created, your order will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout. Each customer will receive a photo of the product and tracking information once item is shipped. Ready-to-ship items will be processed between 1-2 business days.
